Sneak Peak at NHL 09

So I've finally become bored with NHL 08. I've gotten sick of the moves, game play, and overall glitching of other online players. It also helps that I have seen the preview for the NHL 09 that is coming out. There is an amazing amount of control with your players now. I personally think that the defensive controls in 08 sucked. They were all luck and only worked if you constantly held down the poke check button. Well now that is all going to change. The developers have added all new defensive plays to the game. There is now a skill stick for defense as well as offense. This controls where your stick goes and how it goes there. There is also the ability to lift up the opposing players stick during the game. I think these are all drastic improvements that the game needed in order to be more realistic. Here is the first released video I've seen and it's looking pretty good.
