So I've been seeing all of these commercials for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and I've been all pumped up to get the new game and play it. The graphics look amazing, the gameplay for all MGS games are always good, and the thrilling story finally comes to a conclusion. I can finally find out how Solid Snake will finish his days and if he will survive his last encounters with Liquid and friends. Oh yeah, theres just that one little side note at the end of the commercials that haunts my dreams... "Only on Playstation 3." I understand that its a huge game in Japan and that Sony in Japan is the equivalent of Microsoft in the United States, but come on! The big system here in the States his Xbox 360, and making the game multi-platform would be huge for everyone. I just wanna see how it all ends... GEEZ!(Although there have been many rumors going around about a release on Xbox 360 in the future... my fingers are crossed)

I don't like the Playstation 3. I haven't seen a game (besides this one) that I remotely like and it's too overpriced. It's just a Dvd player to me.
Ummm, hasn't Metal Gear always been a PlayStation exclusive?
(although after searching a later edition of MGS2 appears to have been available for the original Xbox)
And the first comment about the PS3 being an expensive DVD player *whacks head on desk*
BluRay player... It's a BlueRay player! and is cheaper than single use players. And it has internet updates for firmware. Urgh...
